Greenworks unveils battery-powered e-transport lineup

Greenworks designs and develops hundreds of power tools, such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and more, for indoor and outdoor use that run on swappable battery packs. Now, the company has introduced battery-powered transportation with extreme power, range, and style that the entire family can enjoy – including an electric Go-Kart, Minibike, three e-bikes, an e-scooter, and a utility task vehicle (UTV).

We want to encourage consumers to go green, get active, and feel good doing it.”

Greenworks’ go-kart comes with two powerful brushless dual rear hub motor that offers the go-kart a full speed of 15 mph (24 km/h) in eco mode and 25 mph (40 km/h) in sport mode. The go-kart is equipped with two 60V batteries that provide a range of up to 20 miles (32 km) on a single charge, and it can be quickly recharged with the included dual-port charger.

The go-kart features a heavy-duty tubular steel frame and padded roll cage bars that give increased durability and safety, along with an advanced front and rear braking system that provides optimal stopping power. Additionally, it has a maximum weight capacity of 275 pounds (125 kg) and comes with an ambient headlight, braking taillights, and two Bluetooth speakers for a karting soundtrack.

Greenworks minibike has an advanced brushless rear hub motor that delivers the minibike up to 20 mph (32 km/h) maximum speed in eco mode while up to 25 mph (40 km/h) in sport mode. The minibike also comes with the same two 60V batteries, providing a maximum range of up to 20 miles (32 km), and the battery can be recharged within 90 minutes with the help of a dual port charger.

The minibike offers more power and 40% more speed than a traditional gas minibike without the hassle of gas, noise, heat, fumes, pulling, and maintenance. The bike can go in any terrain, including adventures on gravel, muddy roads, grasslands, farmland, and more.

The minibike features front and rear dual shock suspension with 19-inch fat tires, dual hydraulic disc brakes, and an IPX4 weather-resistant heavy-duty steel frame that increases durability.

In addition, the bike comes with dual Bluetooth speakers, a high-intensity white headlight with three modes, a red LED rear light, and side reflectors for on-road and off-road adventures. Moreover, it can handle a rider of up to 220 pounds (100 kg).

The next in the series of electric vehicles is the Greenworks’ utility e-bike. The electric bike features 20 by 4-inch tires and a heavy-duty aluminum frame for increased durability.

The electric bike has a brushless rear hub motor that offers a maximum speed of up to 20 mph (32 km/h) with a seven-speed gear shifter and three-speed pedal assist settings. The motor is powered by an 80V battery that helps this bike up to 50 minutes or 20 miles (32 km) maximum range. The battery of this electric bike can fully charge within 40 minutes.

Moreover, the electric bike features a high-intensity white headlight, red LED rear light, and side reflectors. This e-bike can accommodate riders of weight up to 300 pounds (136 kg).

Greenworks all-terrain electric bike, as the name suggests, can tackle any terrain, from paved roads to rocky mountain paths. This bike is integrated with a powerful brushless rear hub motor that gives a maximum speed of up to 20mph (32 km/h) and also features three-speed pedal assist settings and a seven-speed gear shifter. The bike is powered by an 80V battery, which helps it reach up to 15.5 miles (25 km) or 50 minutes of runtime and can be quickly recharged within 40 minutes.

The all-terrain e-bike has 26 by 4 inches fat tires, front and rear mechanical disc brakes, and an adjustable front fork suspension system that provides optimal control on any landscape. The bike has a heavy-duty aluminum frame that can handle a rider weighing up to 300 pounds (136 kg).

Furthermore, the bike features a high-intensity white headlight, red rear reflector, and side reflectors to give extra visibility.

The next is the Greenworks commuter electric bike, which offers a comfortable and effortless riding experience that makes traveling around town easy for any level of rider. The class 2 e-bike features the 500W brushless rear hub motor that delivers a maximum speed of up to 20mph (32 km/h) with a seven-speed gear shifter. This commuter e-bike uses the same 80V battery that offers a full range of up to 22 miles (35.5 km). Also, the battery can be fully recharged within 40 minutes.

The bike weighs 59 pounds (26 kg) and can accommodate a rider of up to 300 pounds (136 kg). In addition, the heavy-duty aluminum frame offers increased durability to the bike; it also features 27.5 by 2.25 inches hybrid tires with front and rear mechanical disc brakes and a front fork suspension system. The high-intensity white headlight, red LED rear light, and side reflectors provide added visibility.

The Greenworks also introduced the electric scooter that can transform a boring walk into a fun, enjoyable, and faster journey. The scooter is equipped with a 350W motor delivering max speeds of 18 MPH (29 km/h) with a range of up to 14 miles (22.5 km) with two 24V batteries. The scooter can be quickly recharged within 120 minutes for both batteries.

Riders can get extended runtime by storing two spare batteries in the standing platform for an easy swap when needed. Also, to save battery, the bike features an automatic shut-off system to preserve battery life when not in use.

The scooter is IPX4 water resistant, and it is integrated with a digital display that can track the user’s trip, monitor runtime, and see their current speed.

Additionally, the bike features a durable aluminum alloy frame that folds in half for easy carrying and storage. It also has 10-inch tubeless tires, a front drum brake, a rear electric brake system, a white LED headlight, and a red rear LED taillight. The scooter can accommodate a rider of up to 265 pounds (120 kg).

Finally, Greenworks’ electric utility task vehicle (UTV). The black UTV with green trim is built for adventure. It runs on six 60V batteries that provide up to 15 mph (24 km/h) maximum speed while hauling up to 550 pounds (250 kg) on its electric dump bed or towing up to 500 pounds (226 kg).

Also, it has a driving range of up to 20 miles (32 km) on a single charge. Large turf tires give optimal traction to drive through rough terrain with an 8.5-inch ground clearance. The UTV is also available with or without batteries.

All Greenwork e-transportation products offer a four-year battery warranty and a one-year product warranty.

The 60V battery variant of the electric go-cart and minibike is available now at the company’s official website, and the 80V version will be available in early 2024. Also, three e-bikes, a scooter, and a UTV will be available in early 2024.
