Xiaomi unveils new mid-range 4 Go electric scooter

Chinese electronics and related software designer and manufacturer Xiaomi has launched the Electric Scooter 4 Go, a unique eye-catching e-scooter.

Xiaomi has previously launched the electric scooter series 4, which includes 4 Pro, 4 Ulta, 4, and 4 lite. 4 Go is an addition to the 4 series vehicles.

The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Go features an IPX6 splash resistance 18650 mAh lithium battery with 165Wh power, providing the scooter a maximum range of 18km (11). Also, it can be charged within 6 hours.

The battery of the 4 Go electric scooter is equipped with an intelligent battery management system (BMS). It is designed to continuously track the operational status of the battery, with six primary intelligent safeguards, including over-charge, over-discharge, over-heat, short circuit protection, and under voltage protection. These measures extend the scooter’s battery life and ensure safety during your ride.

The scooter has a 250W rated motor and 450W peak motor power, providing a top speed of 20km/h (12.4 MPH). The front wheel uses electric braking, and the rear wheel uses drum braking, which provides instant stopping power and short braking distances.

Xiaomi 4 Go measures 1088mm long, 420mm wide, and 1173 mm high, weighs only 13.7 kg, and can bear up to 90 kg of weight. You can assemble and disassemble Xiaomi 4 Go in just four easy steps.

You can link Xiaomi 4 Go with Xiaomi’s home app for Bluetooth motor lock to remotely monitor the e-scooter lock scooter and view the remaining mileage and battery information. With the help of this app, you can upgrade the scooter’s firmware.

The scooter’s handle features a comfortable, eco-friendly thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grip and a clear, multifunctional display that provides information about the vehicle’s speed, remaining power, and status.

The handle also has a thumb throttle button for smooth acceleration. It is integrated with a function button to turn the scooter on and off, adjust driving modes, and activate lights.

The electric scooter has three riding modes: walking, standard, and sport. In walking mode, the scooter will give you a top speed of 5-6 km/h (3.7 MPH), standard mode will provide a top speed of 15km/h (9.3 MPH), and sport mode will give you a top speed of 20km/h (12.4 MPH).

The Xiaomi 4 Go has a regenerative braking system that can recover energy lost due to braking or throttling, increasing the range of the scooter. When the throttle is released, the energy recovery system is automatically activated.

The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Go has many features, including high brightness, glare-free headlights, eye-catching taillight, and an omnidirectional reflector.
