This store lets customers conveniently book travel, check in for flights, drop off luggage, shop for necessary travel items, and save time at the airport to make travel quick and smooth.
Emirates check-in and travel store are at ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Customers can self-check in via kiosks at dedicated desks with Emirates agents for seamless service. This store also features the world’s first check-in assistant robot named Sara. It is a portable check-in robotic system.
This robot assistant can match faces to scanned passports, check-in passengers, and guide them to the luggage drop area with a 2.5-meter LCD screen that displays the latest destination content from the Emirates. Customers can deposit their luggage at the store 24 to 4 hours before the flight.
Visitors to these stores can also get expert advice and offers on trending destinations. At the same time, dedicated travel advisors can assist with purchasing tickets for future travel, managing current bookings, purchasing upgrades, selecting preferred seats, and arranging additional luggage if required.
