The Italian Sea Group has unveiled the design of the THIS IS IT yacht. It is a new motor catamaran of its Tecnomar fleet that features 600 square meters (6,450 sq. ft) of impressive glass windows, a large skylight, a panoramic terrace, a vertical garden, and more.
The new yacht measures 43.5 meters (143 ft) long and 14.5 meters (47.5 ft) wide, with an interior volume of approximately 750 gross tonnages.
The new Tecnomar catamaran redefines traditional thinking with its unique and innovative design. The design of THIS IS IT catamaran features an attractive asymmetry and a bold, eye-catching design defined by its layout covered by a complex curved shape aluminum superstructure. The yacht has 600 square meters (6,450 sq. ft) of top-to-bottom glass windows.
The interior of the catamaran is featured with six cabins, a massage room, and a galley with polarized glass for events and show cooking.
In addition, the yacht has a spacious owner’s area, with a large skylight with an extraordinary height of 3.3 meters (10.8 ft) and an excellent panoramic terrace. Also, it features an exclusive vertical garden spread over two decks.
The interior design also features leather and Alcantara, oak and teak, dialogue with sinuous shapes marked by bold geometric cuts, and gray marble inserts.
The color palette of the yacht is elegant and refined, with light tones of beige and platinum grey. Also, the accent is provided by the combined use of noble metals such as gold, bronze, titanium, and carbon, in contrast to the calmness of the natural wood tones and leather finishes.
The new yacht showcases a futuristic exterior vision and is enriched with refined details and sophisticated materials.
The yacht’s exterior lines are curved and soft, creating an extraordinary sea vessel that challenges our understanding of what is truly possible. Hull lines are optimized to increase hydrodynamic efficiency, significantly reducing fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
In compliance with IMO Tier III requirements, the THIS IS IT catamaran is equipped with innovative exhaust gas treatment technology and selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.
