Uniti, the innovative Swedish company, has revealed the prices (for the UK market) and the specifications for its highly anticipated all-electric vehicle: the Uniti One. The official website of the Swedish manufacturer reports a starting price of £15,100 (US$19,000).
Designed for the city:
Uniti One has been intelligently designed in response to evolving urban environments, vehicle use, and driving patterns. With its compact size and weight, driver-focused ethics and its zero-emission EV credentials, United One was designed for the city.
Faced with extremely compact dimensions, with 3.2 meters in length and 1.7 meters in width, the One offers adequate space and autonomy for urban use. Inside the car, there is a two-seater sofa and a central seat for the driver, who finds himself in front of the digital instrumentation on three quadrants to manage all the on-board functions thanks to the Android operating system.
With the rear bench folded flat, the Uniti One turns into a single-seater, providing the driver with a generous 760 liters of usable cargo space. Besides, the vehicle provides a standard 155 liters of rear cargo capacity. Using smartphone-style, over-the-air (OTA) software updates allow Unity to improve the car’s safety and performance while reducing the time traditionally required for ongoing maintenance.
Technical features:
To improve the autonomy, the Uniti worked on the weight: appropriate use of materials and innovative manufacturing techniques give the Uniti One a kerb weight of just 600 kg. Customers will be able to choose between the 12 and 24 kWh variants, capable of 150 and 300 km of autonomy respectively. The version with a larger battery adopts 50 kW charging, which allows you to switch from 20 to 80% of the charge in 17 minutes.
The 68 hp and 85 Nm electric motor on the rear axle guarantees a 0-100 km/h in 9.9 seconds, 120 km/h (75 mph).

For customers who confirm orders by the end of 2019, the Founders Club version will be provided, which includes all future software updates. For the moment the configurator allows you to choose only three external colors (Scandium, Graphite, and Titanium) and the standard equipment includes the panoramic roof with electrically adjustable transparency, the ABS, the adjustable internal Led lighting, the rearview camera, three USB sockets and the audio system with four speakers.
Also, the Uniti One comes with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Intel’s MobilEye 6 collision avoidance system, the heated seat for the driver, the air conditioning and the premium audio system.
