Sennheiser presents a new version of its MOMENTUM True Wireless earphones to the world. Of course, these are not earphones for everyone, because they are quite expensive, but at the same time, they offer a really good price-performance ratio. The new MOMENTUM True Wireless 2 features Active Noise Cancellation, sophisticated ergonomics, longer battery life, and so on.
The MOMENTUM True Wireless 2 received support for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) function, along with the in-ears’ passive noise reduction technology. This should make the use of these earphones in louder places even more pleasant and allow us to disconnect ourselves from our surroundings. If you still want to get more of your environment, the Transparent Hearing function allows you to let the sound from the outside with one touch. So you can just have a conversation without having to take off your earplugs.
The earphone has 7-mm dynamic drivers, which create outstanding stereo sound with deep bass, natural mids, and clear, detailed treble. The sound can be adjusted to personal preferences thanks to the built-in equalizer and the Smart Control app from Sennheiser.
The second generation of MOMENTUM True Wireless is designed to allow up to 7 hours of listening to music. The battery life can be extended to up to 28 hours by charging on the go using the included case.
The wireless earphones have shrunk by 2 mm compared to the previous model to improve ergonomics for the best possible fit and to minimize fatigue. Also, thanks to intuitive, customizable touch control that places control of audio, calls, and activating voice assistants like Google Assistant or Apple Siri at your fingertips. Besides, the Smart Pause function automatically pauses the track when you take out the earplugs and resumes the track when you put them back in.
Featuring the latest Bluetooth version 5.1 and Class 1, the headset offers a clearer wireless transmission. In addition, with the support of IPX4, it is resistant to splashes.
The Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2 costs $299.95 and will be available in black from April. The white color variant will be available at a later date.
