Luxya: An easily modifiable ceiling lamp

A ceiling lamp always has added an extra flair to home decor. Where there are hardly such ceiling lamps available that can be modified and be adaptable to different environments. Simply to alter the conventional way to have the same ceiling lamp for years, we have found this novel ‘Luxya Lamp’.

It is actually inspired by the technical drawing tools and reinvents the classical set square as a variable modular element.

Here an interlocking screws system plays the key role. The set square can be placed on the wooden core to empower you to combine numerous designs.

Luxya comprises a central core made of beech wood shaped by CNC technology. This lamp is designed articulately to fit from 3 up to 12 transparent plexiglass set squares. Each set square side is made satinized to sharpen the light and unearth the lamp profile.

Well, you can create several designs out of your hidden cognitive intelligence. To do that, there are six holes where you can easily insert a micro-screw and position each set square. These holes allow the coupling to the wooden block.

You can move the screws in different holes to acquire the different shapes of the lamp. Above are the six basic forms are possible using the set squares in the same position. However, infinite designs are possible by interchanging their geometry.
