Elgato Ring Light will light up your streams and photoshoots

Elgato, the company that claims to be a leading provider of hardware and software for content creators, announced the Elgato Ring Light LED panel. The ring-shaped panel is said to provide high-quality illumination without glare or shadows, creating a “professional-grade home studio.”

The ring lamp is adapted for everyone who streams and wants to look a little nicer or those who want a simple solution for lights and stands. As you can see in the pictures, the device is attached to a tripod, and you can put the camera or mobile phone in the ring.

The outer diameter of the ring with a double-layer diffuser is 43.2 cm, the inner diameter is 31 cm. Along with the prestigious Key Light and Key Light Air, Ring Light features the premium, edge-lit OSRAM LEDs that helps creators easily generate professional-looking content. An ultra-bright 2,500 lumens output can be dimmed in one-percent increments, so you can adapt your lighting to any environment.

A color range of 2900 – 7000K lets you get the look you want without having to connect external color filters. The brightness and light temperature of OSRAM LEDs are adjustable. In particular, Elgato’s iconic perimeter lighting architecture and multi-layer diffusion technology allow you to work without breaking a sweat or straining your eyes.

You can control the lamp through Elgato’s app. The Rong Light is connected with the app (which is available for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows) via Wi-Fi. In addition, Ring Light can be operated manually: two buttons allow you to adjust the brightness and color temperature when your computer or smartphone is not handy.

The Ring Light is currently available for $200. The kit includes a telescopic stand 44-74 cm long, a standard threaded camera mount, and a power supply. You will need a mount sold separately to mount your smartphone.
